Road Trip

So saturday me and Dave left NJ to go on a few day Road Trip to Michigan. 10hours of driving later we end up in the lovely state of Michigan.

He's going to school in August in Michigan a Tier 4 law school :P He's so ashamed that he's going there that he tells people it's "some law school in Michigan" lol

So it's in Lansing which is the Captitol of Michigan, I'd say the city is no bigger than a mile if that. and that it looks more like Downtown Sommerville than a city. but who am i to judge.

We visited many Appartments surrounding the area which were all like 625 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a Pool/tenis court/hot tub/weightlifting room/sauna/basketball/club room some had utlities partialy payed some didn't.

Bottom line is: Michigan is pretty poor.

It's filled with Retail stores. I didn't know you could have this many retail stores in one area iknow it's their capital but the retail in this area rivaled any other states i've ever seen you trip over stores they're so culstered togethor.


Sunday was pretty much all searching appartments day. followed by a trip to the Mall which was interesting appartently everything was on sale. We then went to see a movie: Wedding Crashers (which is unbelievably funny)

Monday was first spent all around his Law School which is Thomas M. Cooley law school :P or as dave calls it: Cooter Law.

the building was brand new and very nice inside very modern.

we then walked around the downtown area (which is like a 5 min walk :P) and saw little shops and such and some lunch then went out to 2 more appartment places

We got hit on by some 28 year old woman from NJ who wanted me and dave to go into the hot tub and she'll join us. (we both were pretty shocked by the comment, and dave hardly gets shocked by stuff like that)

we then made our journy back home. it started around 4:30 pm and ended 4: am we stoped for some food, Drove through a Huricain Weather in Ohio and after driving for 6 hours strait i decided that it was daves turn i sorta doze off and next thing i know

daves like Mike, a cop is pulling us over.

long story short dave now has a 3 point speeidng ticket for doing 80 in a 65 in Pennslyivania

we found a few errors on the ticket which are super minor but still are errors we also detirmed that dave can just say that it was a loaner car (which it was) and that Mercedes had to fix the speedomiter because it was showing a slower speed than preforming.

it's sneaky and underhanded but would you want 3 points on your license id' rather pay 300 dollars than get 3 points.

so here i am doing laundry in daves house after an adventure.

I plan on working and then finaly really crashing some time tonight :P
